I keep getting a call from this number and no one says anything. When I try to call back I get a busy signal. This NEEDS TO STOP!!!!!!

This person calls often - very friendly - how are you, etc. When asked what/who she is calling for - cannot understand her - I tell her that I am on the do not call list and hang up!
