The identity of this call is assoc with a name on 411.com unless they remove it? No address.
File a Complaint with the FTC @ FTC ASSISTANT.com and they will give you a Reference No. and they do look into these calls. Sen. Durbin reported the FEDS are going after these people and have already prosecuted some and shut some down.

Phone never ring.Callblocking device silences the first ring and then quiet.
The numbers not even register on the phone.I don't even know who call.
Peace and quietness return finally.
They really make call blocker for those scammer.
