Got a call from this number and called ID read "Bar Assoc", but there was no message, I don't live in Illinois nor would I have any reason to deal with attorneys out there.

Keep getting calls from this number. ID says "Bar Assoc". No messages. For all I know, they're telemarketers for barroom equipment.

Xero, you're assuming the number hasn't been spoofed. They call repeatedly and never leave a message. No legitimate business, especially a bar association, would do that.
