this number calls me early in the morning i have no clue what it is and when i call back they pick up for 16 seconds and there is no response

Just answered. It was a telemarketer offering magazine subscriptions and entering you into a sweepstakes.

I have received several calls from this number. They hang up everytime I answer and reject my call everytime I call back. They call about 10 times a day
