"Mrs. Parker" is now "Barbara," otherwise she read the same script and the scam is the same.

Same thing reduced supply charges reference #E009234 the same and Mrs.Parker.
What a scam thanks everyone for posting. I will have to try the Detective So and So when  answering the phone when I don't recognize the phone number.

Received a voice mail from "Mrs. Parker" from 866-287-2961 (no company name given; Google says it's a dentist's office in Boca Raton, FL), requesting that I call back a different number (708-292-6539; Illinois area code) in regards to my electric bill (I do not pay my electric bill or have my name on any such thing, haha). I have the same reference number as others on this report page (E009234). Scam call, probably a recording. Phone number is now going to be reported and blocked.

Just received the same call, from a Mrs. Parker, leaving a call back number of 708-292-6539 and a reference number of E009234...although the number that called me was 866-287-2961, different from a lot of the above comments, but definitely the same scam.
