some thing claiming to be Prince Pubah, executive director of Budget Energy claiming my utility company called them and told them that my fixed low rate utility price just ended. I'm supposed to call them @ 1-800-939-7902 ext. 123 to get my new low fixed rate from them and save $$. Seriously?! Court Jester Scammer is a more befitting title.
