Calls my Cell Phone

keeps calling my cell phone

calling my cell phone which is on the do not call list

Calling my cell phone repeatedly

Looks innocent to me, they have a CID of Steuber Gaynell. This was the first and only call from this number, and 800notes only has a few calls by this number. I'll post again if they call more times, but I think this isn't a scammer, but a kid (or a fool).
