They left message on my cell, upon calling back got the same call center in India, they answered as "IRS" and, after getting my name and tele, provided an address in my state, where I never lived, for verification.  When I said no, and that I would not provide them my correct address without more info, he nicely said, "Thank you, goodbye"  SCAM SCAM SCAM

Calls repeatedly with automated message claiming to be the IRS and says that it's a "final notice".  Obvious bullsh*t is obvious.
