They're at it again! Lol. Received the initial text at 2am asking if I still have the dress which is posted on Craigslist.  Usually late night texts are a flag, but when I was planning my wedding I was up at all hours of the night too, so I responded this morning saying yes. I then got a 3 text response stating how excited they are and that they had almost purchased a similar dress from David's Bridal but that mine is more affordable and beautiful. Stated they had deployed for USCG training and that their seamstress would pick it up from me after payment was received by me. As soon as I heard "seamstress" I blocked the number. Keep your eyes peeled ladies...there are some shady characters out there trying to rip us off.

Received a text offering exact asking price of $600 for a wedding dress with no pics. They requested my name and address to mail check. Kept insisting for info... Didn't want pic. Said they were in service and would have seamstress pick up.

Same thing.. I recd a text for my exact purchase price of 100.00. Stated they were in the service. Offered an extra 50.00 to remove the ad... I gave them my name and address. Text them back when I saw they were from California. Said don't bother trying to scam me. The dress is not for sale... Said their seamstress would pick it up as well..

I got a text from this phone number asking about my wedding dress that was posted on craigslist. They wanted to know the asking price and said they were in the service and seamstress will pick it up. It sounded shady to me. So I Googled the number and see that this is a scam.
