Same old phone calls from foreigners saying they need to talk to me or my attorney.
And if I don't call back, "the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds badly on you".
Same phone call scam I get once a month for last six months.
Guy says his name is Mike Burg or Burke (can't really tell due to his accent.)

I too am getting these calls from these stupid people. Foreigners who are trying to scam hard working americans out of money by scaring them that there is a lawsuit against you. Nice try, go back to your country and steal from your own people, terrorists!!

Got repeated phone calls at work from someone caliming his name was jm parker and then mark barker. Asked me to verify my soc. sec. number. I refused, and demanded to know what the call was pertaining to. He called me a mother-f**** several times and hung up. Then he turned around and called right back and called my co-worker a f-ing b****. Then he demanded the supervisor, and when she refused, he hung up. He called back, I answered, he called me a mother******, a [***], a b****, and told me to [***]. Then wanted to speak to my supervisor. This went on for about 8 phone calls in 10 min. Then my supervisor told him he was reporting him and his company to the FBI and local police for harrassment. That was 10 minutes ago and haven't heard back.
