This number is harrassing me!!

I have gotten a couple of calls from this number.  They have not left any messages, but I decided to call them back today.  The person calling claimed to be from the Treasury Department.  I know there is a scam where someone "representing" the Treasury Department claims that an individual owes the Government money. Unfortunately, people are taken in by the con artists. Oh, but the way, when I didn't say my name quick enough for the "gentleman" (I use that term loosely), he call me an a**hole.  Sorry, but I don't think someone actually representing the Treasury Department would use that language.

Got the same scam about the Treasury Dept owing me money, I laughed and yelled it must be my lucky day.  I asked why he had a California number, seeing as the US Treasury is in DC.  He said it was a west coast branch, I said really what's the address?  He hesitated then blurted out 101 Lincoln......I said like the president?  He said yes, exactly, then started back into his scam, I interrupted and said you have a town you live in or just on Lincoln Street?  He paused and said LA, we are in LA.  Then he said he was really tired because it was so early (it was 9am), what a [***].  I kept asking him questions and saying, really I am just waiting for you to hang up on me.  Which as some point he put me on hold.

I am going to call this [***] at least once a day for the next week.

The called identified himself as Oliver Chris, and stated that the U.S. government had selected me via cellphone number for a grant sholarship of $9200.  This is obviously a scam as the government does not select people through cellphone numbers.  

I keep getting calls from this number and when I answer, no one is there. It is very annoying
