Called didn't leave message

Rueben Vega. Not the first call!!  Went to VM and did hear a male voice say my first name then lots of telemarketing jibber jabber in the background. So IRRITATING!!  Re registered with do not call registry (shouldn't have to) but the calls previously blocked  keep on coming!

Illegal sales call.

Called about 11:15 AM today, 4/19/16.  The phone window said "Ruben Vega", so I thought it might be someone my husband knew. When I answered it, I could tell I shouldn't have--I asked if this was a telemarketer--he said "sort of". I said "SORRY!" and hung up.  I will definitely block this number--I'm up to about 150 blocked numbers now!
