Receiver numerous calls from this number in the last week. All hang ups.

Home heating company scrounging business. I asked why their caller ID says "Dir Assistance CA" and she said it was the "call technology" they're using -- yeah, it's a boiler room. I asked if she was calling from the company and she said yes, then when I asked if I called this number would I get the company, she said no.

Put the number into your blocked list -- they'll keep calling. And never, never, under any circumstances do business with the heating company. If enough people turned them down they might stop calling -- or better yet, go out of business.

Called and didn't leave a message.
