Just got a call from this number sounded like a total money scammer.  Bad connection, caller stating he was with local law enforcement asking for donations. Blocked call and reported to donotcall.org.

This caller uses a phone number...often for a month....and then switches to a phone number in a different area.  He has used area codes for Placerville, CA as well as Humbolt County, Ca and Sonoma County, CA.  He is a fraud.  I spoke to the local police department and they post signs warning people that the police department NEVER asked for donations over the phone and if they ever do ask for a donation it is done through the mail and only to those in their own town, city, or county.  They ask for donations from people not in their district.  The same goes for the sheriff's department.  The caller to my house has always been male and if you ask him to not call you anymore he will ignore it and continue so block him.  Also, the police department said that this man has also used the police department's phone number to mimick them when asking for donations...by just spoofing a fake number.  This caller is about a big of a scumbag as you can find.  Block him not only on this phone number but on all phone numbers he will try to use on you.

I forgot to mention that on his last phone number (this one) the phone listed his name as being "Lecafle" and he usually doesn't give a name (ID) so that you will pick up the phone.  I guess he learned that I and perhaps many other people won't pick up the phone if they don't know who it is.
