Caller ID said Randolph, Mark. Don't know who that is, so didn't answer–and caller didn't leave a VM.

Calling from the "Windows Department" about my computer. Told him to stop calling me.

called me 1/31 at 4:07PM. No message was left. I didn't answer because I didn't know who Randolph Mark or Mark Randolph was and why he was calling me. Comment above me says it was a call from Windows Department so now I know what the call was for. Sounds like the Windows Error Message Scam.
