this caller continues to call at all hours and harrasses our household, the caller threatens us over the phone saying they will continue calling us no matter what time it is. we have no idea who the caller represents as they refuse to give that information freely...we have told them to stop calling us but they refuse

At what point does this become harassment?  These guys called me five times during the day:

2:56 P.M.
3:28 P.M.
3:58 P.M.
