Caller ID said Frank Garcia and the area code is local. I'm expecting a call from a delivery driver so I picked up, an extremely bubbley female voice started talking about home security. I'm not sure if it was a recording, she didn't stop talking when I interrupted so I hung up. I can't remember a time when I could just answer my phone without feeling burned.
