This jerk have sever IVR numbers and uses them to harass callers constantly.  Contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau online.  The DO NOT CALL LIST doesn't protect you from harassing calls - these numb nuts have found a way round the list by purchasing a bunch of different numbers and coming in on Caller I.D. with those  bogus numbers.  All the DNC List ever did was allow scumbags to stall!

This dick brain uses 707-400-5378,5387,5166,5352, 5366, 5345 and if you say something to him, he says "I know where you live!"  Such a piece of ripe trash!

When I answered the phone there was a pause of several seconds before someone came on the line and said hello. I immediately hung up. The pause at the beginning of the call is a sure sign that it's from some kind of telemarketer. I think that's because the phone numbers that are "dialed" by them are done so by a computer and it probably takes several seconds before the call is routed to one of their operators at their phone banks. So if you do answer the phone and you hear that pause just hang up.

This putrid pile of steaming excrement solar company has called us 19 times using 9 different phone numbers. According to the list I have, we have received over 426 calls from the multitudes of these solar scam companies.
