No message left on ans. machineUnknown name

Keeps calling-no message-

calls and never say anything

called from 707 400 5352 and about 4 other numbers similar.
wont answer when i call back

Received calls from 707-400-5316.  5378, 5168, 5352.  All calls leave no message.  When I call back it I get a voice mail that says, the person at extension 8182759671 is not available, please leave a message, but when you try to leave a message it says this mailbox is full and can't accept any more messages.  All 4 phone numbers say the exact same thing.  This must be another scam phone, I am going to block all of them on my phone, I suggest you do the same.
