Offering free grant money. Will not stop calling

Obviously a spoofed telephone number with the Caller ID "Romeo Ramos". I've gotten countless calls from scammers like this before so I decided to play along with their charade and hear him out. He explained that I was selected for a free U.S. Government Grant because I have paid my bills on time or something like that. He told me that I needed to call his "supervisor" at 315-303-8005 and give him the verification code D00018504 to collect my U.S. Government Grant prize. He then congratulated me on my winnings and then hung up. The real U.S. Government should really do something about these scammers. These scammers are the real terrorists!

Got this call, didn't answer they left no voice-mail. Received same day as call from (202) 777-3456 few hours later -also reported as weird scam for grants- and from (417) 567-0154!
Installed s'more app on my android phone this morning. Now these calls are flooding in? Could it really be a coincidence?

When I answered the phone and told the person that I requested not to e called again.  No one responded.  I asked "who is this?"  The man said superman.  I said okay.  Then he said "I'm gonna f*ck you up"  I said okay - and how are you planning to do that?  He repeated twice more  - "I'm gonna f*ck you up" and then hung up.  I had received 2 calls previously from (706) 555-1777 - US Government - I won $9000.00.  This third call sounded like the same people but very aggressive and hostile.

Same here, no coincident.  Remove the app and phone calls dropped back to one or two a day.  With the app I was getting over 12 a day.
