Who ever is behind this phone number stole my picture from off of my facebook account and has been contacting my family and friend for Grant money and asking them to send 250.00 immedicately to this phone number or williambright2244@gmail.com this is a scam and I have reported this to the local polic department in my county   samantha Hill
