Someone named Amber called from this number.  Sounded like a boiler room.  The background noise was deafening.  She started to introduce herself, said something about voting coming up, then started talking to someone in the room about "Oh, how cute!"  I told her since she wasn't interested in having a conversation with me, I was going to hang up.  And I did.
