Representative informed me that their company is a collection agency and they would be garnishing my wages for a returned check that was written back in 2008 for $31. Somehow I owed them $372 for court fees, the check amount, and the NSF fees. I informed her that wasn't true because I was in Kuwait in 2008 and never wrote any checks that year or the year after. After thinking, I didn't have an account with the mentioned bank. That account was closed 2 years prior.

I also received a call from them today saying I owed them for a check I wrote as well, which by the way is untrue, they are wanting me to pay $476.22 from 2008, I called my lawyer, they stated they can not do this and to remind them if they call me or contact my employer he will sue them.
