Caller ID: NAPA CALIFORNIA  Machine answered and female, thinking she had a live victim on the line, said, "Hi, this is Francine with Custom Solar, how are you today?"  Poor Francine hung up when there was no response. Catchy CID for sure.

Received a call from 707-203-0743, CallerID showing "Elk CA". No message left. Future calls from this number will be blocked using a call blocker device.

I think it was one of those clever robocallers. At first nobody came on the line until I said hello. Then, "hello, my name is Francine with....then I couldn't quite understand her. I said, "Is this a machine?"  no comment. Then again, "is this a machine? you sound like a machine".  No comment so I hung up.

There is simply no good that ever comes from these scum telemarketers who ring 100,000 people's telephones just to find one victim to rob. They all need to be shut down and since the government won't do anything to protect the people from them then we the people need to spread the word to never ever under any circumstances do any business with these scum. Only then will they go away, when they run out of victims.
