I know who this is:  A1 Solar based in So Cal.  There is a consumer affairs claim against them but I urge you to join in the complaints:  http://www.a1solarpower.net/  They own multiple companies on of which is referenced above.

I, too, have been regularly receiving these phone calls from 707-200-7673 AFTER I met with one of their solar representatives, who actually was a very nice guy.  The onslaught of calls is incessant; daily and multiple times per day.  Apparently being on a Do Not Call List and meeting with their people has no bearing as far as they are concerned.  And they think they are getting more business this way??

I normally don't answer the house phone for numbers I don't recognize, but this particular number keeps calling back and I decided to answer and tell them to put me on their "do not call" list. Normally that's all you have to say.

So he's blabbering on and on about energy and solar stuff and I told him we won't be living here for long and to "please put me on your do not call list". He keeps talking and talking and I said it again. Then he had the nerve to say, "You need to stop talking and listen - you are talking over me". I said, "Put me on your do not call list". He said, "I will but only after I ask you a couple of questions, how much energy do you think you use monthly?". I again repeated to put me on his do not call list and he said, "I don't have to do anything". At that point I gave him an earful, chalk full of #*&%*^&#, and hung up on him.

I am pissed. They are NOT supposed to keep talking after you tell them to add you to the do not call list.

This number calls almost DAILY.  I have spoken to them 3 days in a row & told them to take our number off their calling list.  Today I told the solicitor sternly before he could say his spiel  that I had told them not call anymore. He kept insisting he speak to my husband & that he hadn't spoken to me before & hung up.  This is getting out of hand as they call early in the AM & people in our household work late at night & the early morning calls are disrupting people sleeping.
