Got call this AM @ 9:00.  Asked for someone, by name, who doesn't live in our home.  Slammd the phone down, when I told him he must have the wrong #.

This number called this Saturday morning like 9 or something all the message says is Robin there two times scared me!! Who the hell is this!How do I block it?

I have gotten called by this same number several times the one time I answered it the person on the other end said is this rob I said yes then nothing else was said by the unknown caller.  I hung up and called it back only to get an automated message.  I want to find a way to block it

This is just another telemarketing scam. Don't bother answering the call. If you can, block this number.
I never answer calls with no caller ID or partial CID.  I let them go to my voice mail...most just hang up before that happens.

They asked for my mother --- in the form of her maiden name which is what is in the PHONE BOOK LISTINGS due to my father, who passed away several years ago, having been a school teacher and changing the phone records for our name listing in the mid 1980s. We never bothered to contact the information pages or anyone else to change it back after he passed. So, basically, these [***] who call us at 8:34 p.m. on a Sunday night are using public records.
