Update: Just tried calling the number back with *67 and it just states: The voicemail box is full, please call back another time....It's probably a bill collector, or something that may have got our personal info (as in phone number?) I dunno lately I have been doing online purchases....I have been required to put in my phone number. But again if it calls back I will answer and post it.

Just got a call from this number and from the number 312 981 8296 I called them back (cause i dont answer numbers i dont know )and both said mailbox is full. Then when I researched the 312 # I read that is a telemarket number so my guess is that so is this number.

This number called again so I answered it its a college placement place (3 calls in one day and I got tired of it and finally answered it)
