There is nothing the FCC or the phone companies can do anything about spoofed and spammed call. They're usual coming from Russia and Brazil
This one particular number is a "Google Voice" number that is free and anyone can get one from Google. The carrier for this number is listed as Bandwidth.com...that means it's an internet phone.
I get this call about once a month but never answer it nor do I answer any number I don't know.
My thing is...leave you name. message and number or move on to someone else. I'm to busy to fool with constant non issue for my business calls.
You might can report this number to Google Voice and they'll shut it down but all the person would have to do is get another one and keep going. This person could most likely be anywhere in the world that Google is.
