Caller ID says West Palm Beach. This number is from GA?

Got a call-ID shows West Palm Beach, FL I did not answer and they left no message

Same info as all the other posts. when researching the number shows Athens GA, but in caller id comes up as West Palm... they don't talk and they don't leave any message on the answering machine.
