This number called with a recording regarding lower interest rates on my credit card. After numerous calls, I hit the button to see what it was about. A man with a foreign accent answered "Card Services." I said what company are you with and he started rattling off numerous credit card companies. I truthfully informed him that I did not have a card with any of those companies. He asked who I did have a card with. At that point I told him that I believed his call was a scam and I was going to report it. He then used unprofessional profanity and hung up the phone.

I just received a call from this number. Did not pick up.
