called me 11:22am... no response when i answered.

I answered the phone to get an automated menu. It said my full name, and asked if that was me. I pressed one, and I was immediately put on hold, with a very unprofessional sounding recording telling me that my call would be answered in the order in which it was received. But I didn't call them. They never said who they were or what business they had calling me.
