Had a missed call from this number they left no voicemail. Called back and it's a company called vision financial. The rep Keisha was very rude and asked why I was calling. I stated I was returning a missed call from this number. She replied "well what's your file number" I stated no one left a message so I don't know. She said "yeah thanks" then hung up. I looked up the number and there is a vision financial in Athens, Ga. Looking on their website they do not list debt collection as one of their functions. Appears they are financial planning, tax, and retirement.
