I reported this on another site and it stated:
"1-706-666-0062 is not a valid number. If you are sure that you got a phone call from a number beginning with this prefix, the caller may have 'spoofed' caller ID."
I figured as much........

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
