This number was used by an Ebay scam artist who bought an item from me on Ebay for $10,000 then sent me a fake email (ostensibly from Ebay) telling me the item was paid and to ship immediately via overnight courier.  Both EBay's official website and PayPal's official website confirmed that no funds had been remitted.  This guy continued to send me emails telling me to hurry up and ship.  The name he used was Arthur Vitello.  The Ebay user name he used was "arthu.vitel" and the email address he used was arthurvitello@yahoo.com BEWARE!
