they called twice and only let phone ring twice... Called it back.... Got recording says it's Common Wealthy Financial.

They call twice a day, when you answer there's no one there.

These people constantly call my cell phone, never leaving a messege and then when I do answer they always hang up on me.  I finally called the number back (after being hung up on once) and they claimed they were a collection agency looking for someone other than me.  What kind of collection agency "hangs up" on people?  I found out that these people are working some sort of scam...........so if you receive a call from 706-510-3129 it is this so-called collection agency, Commonwealth Collection Systems, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND HANG UP AT ONCE!!!  There have been a lot of reports against these people!!!!  Hope this stops happening to anyone else, all they want is money!!!
