It is NOT the FBI or any government organization and emails are not official notification of anything either.  Do you have a header with the email address of the sender??

They can't even get the director's name correct.  It is James.

yea, ive been getting the same email...its a scam....ive fowarded the info to the fbi internet crime complaint center http://www.fbi.gov/scams-safety/e-scams
