Claims to be a salesman for the AJC, doesn't ask for personal information, but does call all times of day/night.

Contacted AJC's customer care team and asked them to take me off any call lists.  I also reported the 706-395-3039 number to FCC every time they call.

The law allows them to call up to 18 months when you have had a prior business relationship.  They are however supposed to honor requests to do not call and to be put on their internal and external DNC list.  The best bet is to send them a certified, return receipt letter telling them that, and to send you a copy of their rules that they are required to have and to provide.  The problem with today's generation is that they forget how powerful a written letter can be.
