I have recieved a call from this number. It was calling in regards to a scam in which they call claiming you   won a $100 dollar gift card from walmart and target. I have gotten the same scam from 770-284-5563, 302-257-5665, and 646-663-1260. In all honesty, i have been getting the same automated voice recording asking me to dial #1 to talk to a representative for months but all those numbers only came in the past month of August.

    Like I said this is a scam but a very lazy one as it has a significant flaw in their system. I got a call from this number earlier today. I called them back 20 times each time putting myself on mute. approximately 25% of the time the scammer assumed the phone line was dead or something because they kept me on the call and continued to answer additional phone calls in a conference call format. I always would make myself known at the time in which the credit card information was asked for and often let the people know even prior to this point. I would let the intended victim know that they were being targeted for an attack and to hang up and not give their credit card information. The intended target always hung up and the scammer would ask me to hang up and I would of course say "no". They would eventually figure out how to disconnect me from their line. I would then call back. I never took down any personal information from the intended targets but got alot of information about the scam artists. Each time I successfully made it through I was sure to make sure my presense was known before any significant information was passed as my intent was to hurt the scammers not further victimize their targets.

     My last call was at 2:11pm at which point I told the telescammer what I had been doing and how I know that they were a bunch of scam artists and that I was aware of what they were doing. I gave them information regarding their tactics and how they did their cons to steal credit card information and informed them that I would keep on calling repeatedly and keep finding flaws in their system. My goal is if I can get enough people to use the same tactics I just described and flood these scammers with calls from Anonymous they will eventually have to find honest work due to the stress.

     This is what they get for putting my number in their autodialer system! I am on the do not call for list both for my state and the federal do not call list. I asked them twice in the begining of this month to no longer call me but they repeatedly do. I have done everything that is humanly possible to ask any self respecting telemarketing firm to leave me alone. This however, is an illegal operation intent on harrassing people and stealing information from innocent people.

     Finally, I called this number again around 3:50pm and it had already been disconnected. If they are wise, they would at the very least take my number out of their autodialer.

      And if the scammers are reading this, I hope you had as much fun today as I did wasting your time as you have surely wasted alot of mine over the past month!

I live in Ohio and received a call from 706-229-8669 once yesterday evening and two times today. This number is from the Dalton, GA area.  I did not answer the call because I did not recognize the phone number.  I called this number back after I looked it up in the White Pages reverse look-up, where it does not list a company/personal name.  When you call the number a voice just states something like, "Hello...welcome to the 100 dollar Walmart gift voucher hotline".......then they state that you won a $100 Walmart or Target gift card and then they ask you to press 1.  When I called back I did not press the 1, I just let the call disconnect.  Just wanted to state that the scam is still going on using the same phone number.........706-229-8669.

I just got a call from the 706-229-8669 number for the 5th time and I finally answered. When I answered it just hung up. I called the number back and it was for the Walmart Gift Card Line. Def a scam.

I get these calls 3 or 4 times a day and it usually disconnects when I answer.  If I call back I usually just get a beep sound.  Today when I called back I got a recorded message saying that I won a $100 voucher from Walmart or Target and to press 1.  When I did nothing, I was disconnected.  I have reported this as a complaint to the Do Not Call Registry.  Now I have to wait and see what happens.  I also tried to do a call block at Verizon but it was a futile attempt neither *60 or *80 or dialing 3 worked.

This number has called me 4 times today! Up until now, every time I have answered they have hung up. A few moments ago, someone actually answered. She started her speech and I cut her off, informing her I'm on the no call list and I'm about to file harassment against them. They call 2-3 times a day for the past week. Lets see if they call me back now.
