This is a scam - be extremely careful! They wan to "fix" your computer. I didn't get through the entire call before hanging up because I've heard of these types of scams before where they get you to install mal-ware or something. Do not give them any info or go to any website they direct you to!

They called here and when I answered there was no one on the other end. I said hello twice and after the second time they hung up. I would sure like to know who these callers are. It is getting very annoying.

It happen to me as well only couple a minutes ago

Computer scam and they refused to identify them selves when I asked. They'll tell you windows is no longer covered under warranty or is infected with viruses. As stated above DO NOT give them any real information of go to websites they ask you to or your putting your computer(s) at tremendous risk if you do. They call from a variety of numbers about two to three times a week here no matter whether you ask them to remove you from their list or not.

Then you tell them you run Mac's in your home exclusively and it stumps them lol.

I got a call on my cell. The lady was really hard to understand but she did say my computer is not getting the proper updates and asked if I was aware of that. I told her I wasn't going to discuss and hung up.

My neighbour had a call similar to this too telling her about her PC (she only has a Mac so the conversation also didn't go any further).
