This afternoon I received a call from "Patty" with IPC asking for my boss's cell phone number. I told her that I don't give that information out without knowing whose calling and in regards to what. She caught an attitude and told me, "Ma'am you're whispering and I can't understand a DAMN thing..." That's all I needed to hear before I politely hung up on her.
