I never answer calls from this number. They don't leave a message so I have no idea who it is. I receive repeated calls from this number on a weekly basis.

ERS Credit services. You don't get messages becasue they are bill collectors using a variation of different phone numbers.

Got a message from a Mr.   Thompson that I must return his call today......no call back number so I return the call from that number and didn't get anyone..... This is CRAZY!!!

Who is ERS @ 704-970-1938  they have been calling me 2-3 times per week.  I answer the call and they keep asking for a john wilmer,  there is no john wilmer here, and i have asked them to stop calling and they still continue to call me,  so when they call  i just take the phone off the hook and they can listen to my tv  lol   please stop calling me   you are a pain in the a--.

A call came from this number requesting our advertising department.  An employee answered thinking it related to the placement of services we offer.  Instead it was a ruse to gain access to an independent contrator we use.  The verbal barrage and vile conversation directed to my employee was insulting and lacked every iota of professionalism.  They refused to accept that the person they were looking for was not a slaried employee available for further interrogation and we chose to disconnect.

I personally *69 the line on which the call came in on and wrote the number down.  When I redialed it, no company information was provided and when directed to remain on the line for help, the call self disconnected.  I went through this futile exercise twice with the same results.

This company and it's representatives should be hauled over the coals for their tatics. If anyone knows the highest authorities to whom this company can be reported to, please post the information and I will follow up.
