message from an Anne Smith trying to serve me papers for check fraud under my maiden name...what a bunch of bull. I called my states attorney general and was told not to worry abt it...theyre scammers. Im not going to call that [***]

They called me too, not sure if I should be worried or not. They wanted to know where to serve me but wouldn't tell me about the debt or what firm she was with

This lady named Ann called and said I was being arrested for a worthless check.  They would file a pretrial diversion for me.  Also I was to send 700.00 by money gram to stop my arrest warrants.  Well, I called the check fraud division in my state and they had no such charges on me or even a reported bounced check.

So much for Ann's Smith's scam
