calls and says you won something directs u to a email .i deleted. looks like scam

Receieved the "Target 1000.00 giftcard message also. Did a online search and found sites like this. logged off and used a screen name loggon that i only use for investigating. Entered the target.com.dtarg.com( with www. prefex) and took me site that asked me to enter the code...i did and it said i won 1000.00 giftcard...read fine print and yes you go win BUTTTT you have to complete X amount of offers and jump through this and that hoop.( all a scam....BUT if you do the same on the phone( as directed) then you get same result BUT also it will tell them tht you fall for this type of scams and your phone will be flooded.
