Receiving calls from this number.  I am on the do not call list.  I.D. says Advance Contract
They leave no message.

Received call today, first time.  No message left

I keep getting repeating call coming from this number and not knowing the caller I let the call roll to voice mail.  No message has ever been left for a return call.  Generally, quality callers leave messages for return calls.  With this, since these people keep calling and leaving no message they are indeed jerks.  Hopefully, in the near future our government will outlaw robo callers.
