I called 415-877-3116 and it asks for your last 4 digits of your social security number as well as for a credit card number.  

WARNING DO NOT ENTER YOUR SS# OR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!  THIS IS A PHISHING SCAM!

Got same text from number and message on there when I called the given number said card declined due to a technical issue and said to press one but I didn't push it at that time; glad to see scam before I did
