This is Verizon Wireless collections. They call (when you're one day past due) upwards of 10 times a day, starting at (ILLEGAL!!!) 7:51am, and ending at (again, ILLEGAL!!!) at 9:54pm.

They haven't been calling me, but a friend of mine, so I decided to do some research. I also have verizon, but a different # calls me when I'm past due.

They legally cannot call before 8am, or after 9pm. RIDICULOUS!!! Though I have to admit, they've never called me between those hours. However, she showed me her phone, and it's clearly on her caller ID.

It is Verizon.They also call from,704-837-8337-704-837-8330- My wife called and told them that they had called 10 times alread at 9:30am.She said my husban is 60 years old call one more time and you want get paid. SO they said okay.

This caller is from Verizon collections.  I have had them for about 8 years and let them play this game with me every month.  I have never not paid them so I really do not understand why they continue to do this???  One of the posts is absulutely correct (Verizon Wireless Sucks) in stating that if they are calling before 8 a.m. local and after 9 p.m. local time they are breaking the law.  If it continues you should contact an attorney there is a minimum they will pay you based on FDCPA  (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) laws.  It's clear cut harassment!!!  Powerful companies praying on the middle class...Hey Verizon You will get you money!!!  Chill!!!!
