Called my cell; I didn't answer; didn't leave a message.

I didn't see any reports posted here at 800notes for this caller, but did see a complaint at another phone number site.  Said the caller was a recording trying you sell vacation packages.

"HI! This is Josh; can you hear me okay?" NO. "Okay, great! We're blah blah liar organization and we're giving lucky winners free cruises for." CLICK. BLOCK. Jerks.

Received call from this number on 09/30/2016 - " hi this is josh from the customer service department, can you hear me ok?" - then i hung up. This number has called multiple times, this is the first time i answered.
