This person called my phone multiple times and when i say hello they just hang up

I just had a call from this number too, no-one spoke. It showed up on caller ID as Intl Gateway.

Hey i recvd a call from this number as well. They said they are from the NC Governors office and have $500 that NEEDS to be wired to my acct. I said i did not want the money and hung up. when i called the number back not even 2 mins later it said the number is not in service,been disconnected or changed. This is serious!! Whoever this is is trying to tap into someone's acct. DO NOT BE TAKEN BY THIS PERSON!!!

Dec 20, 2007.  I received a call from a friend who I talk to a couple times each day. She called from her mexico cell phone and this number came up on caller id, 1-704-837-7248.  
The fact that I know her leads me to believe that the number is just a gateway or forwarding number, system or computer for international calls.  It doesn't worry me.

Got a call at 5:22am on a Saturday none the less that said "Out of area" and then at 5:23 am Saturday that INTL Gateway.  I am located in Charlotte and this is a Charlotte area code, so do not know what is going on here, but this crap at 5:22 on a Saturday had better not happen again!!!  If it does I will first unleash a can of Whoop A$$ then a lawsuit!
