This telephone number calls everyday and sometime twice.  
I am afraid to answer calls that does not leave a message and keeps calling.
Would love to have a reply as to where this might be.

I believe it's subscription solicitations for the Winston-Salem Journal (and possibly others).

I finally answered...Caller ID said the W-S Journal (Winston Salem Journal in NC).  The lady said they were selling newspaper subscriptions.  I told her I'd be interested in getting the Sunday paper, so she got my name and address then had to put her supervisor on the phone to confirm my name and address (this was weird) and she asked for my credit card # to pay.  I told her I wouldn't give my credit card # over the phone, so she said I would receive a bill in the mail.  It has only been one Sunday since this but I didn't receive a Sunday paper.  I'm thinking this is a scam to get your CC #.  The area code they are calling from is not the area code that the newspaper is in (I didn't think about this until after I got off the phone, otherwise I would have asked why!)

I received a call from this number... I answered... she was a representive for united health care insurance.

What you mean is "she SAID  she was a representative for united health insurance [sic]."

How did you verify that? How did you verity that it wasn't a scammer trying to get personal information from you?

Did you read the posts from other people who got calls from this number, when it was not United Health?

Do you trust everyone who calls you cold?
