This number calls day and night, I never answered it until today. Been calling at least two weeks, never left a message. When I finally answered the call...no response from the caller. Caller ID has it as "public service". Very frustrating!

This # 704-834-6513 keeps calling after 7pm every evening. It list as public service on caller id. When I answer, no one is there, just background static.
